Live plants can't be returned, but they're covered: if a clone arrives dead, damaged, diseased, or carrying pests, file a guarantee claim with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it. Your card is only charged when your order is packed — orders cancelled before packing are simply never charged.
